Breathless Emergence

The most amazing flower emerged from such a tiny little spot on the cactus. Thanks for checking out Lisa’s Macro Monday. Tune in tomorrow and you’ll see the endless pictures I took, back when this beauty flowered. I was so lucky. The plants flowered about 5 times. The flower only lasts a day. Probably less than 24 hours. It has a delicate old cheese smell. Not overpowering in any way.

Beautiful! I love that it only lasts for such a short time and you managed to capture it.
