A Few More Pictures

Here are a few more modelling pictures from the desert. The rest will have to wait until I get a proper website going.  Again, many thanks to Mia for agreeing to work with me! I take so many static pictures of unmoving things, it was fantastic to work with a professional model.

The silk scarves I dyed up:

And the hemp & silk scarves I worked on. I love this fabric. Its silky & shiny on one side and matte hemp on the other side. It feels lovely to the touch and holds the colour brilliantly with the addition of the silk to the hemp. It also feels strong. I can’t wait to use it for structured sewing pieces too.

Your scarves are beautiful! I love the way the model shows how they can be worn, too =D
